After seeing their affordable and flexible payment plans, I decided to proceed. Their staff is really nice and most of all, Dr. Santos is wonderful! He’s welcoming, reassuring, and down to earth. I LOVE this team and doctor! Dr. Chris is very detail oriented, personable and strives for perfection. His staff is super knowledgeable, and great with my daughter. She loved coming to her appointments and her teeth turned out beautiful. The front staff are helpful as well as accommodating. My daughter just got her braces off with Dr. Nelson. I had taken her to the office dozen times during the 2 year’s treatment. Each visit was very pleasant, the staff was always friendly and professional, always had all my questions answered. and the best of all, we never wait more than 15 minutes for each appointment no matter it was in early morning or late afternoon.
The office is very nice, clean and modern. and landscaping around the building is beautiful as well.
Highly recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone.
