I can not say enough good things about this place! My son has had some unpleasant experience with doctors in general, so during his first visit he had a major meltdown. He was terrified of getting spacers put in for fear that it would hurt him. After trying to reason with him and convince him it would be ok, I was at a loss for what to do. That’s when Raquel stepped in and took over. She was so patient with us and helped my son feel more at ease, she even put a spacer in her own mouth just to demonstrate that it was quick, easy and painless! I don’t know of anyone who would have gone above and beyond like she did that day. After that we were able to get his spacers in with no problems at all. In fact when we went back a few weeks later to get his expander put it and he was excited to go! They really take the time to make you feel at home and get to know each patient on an individual level, which to me is the highest level of service anyone can provide! I would not go anywhere else!!!
